TRAVEL
FLY
We recommend flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport, less than 7 miles from downtown Charlotte. Follow signs for ride share apps like Lyft and Uber for transportation to the hotel.
DRIVE
If traveling by car, please inquire with the hotel about overnight parking. Our Friday event is conveniently located on the rooftop on property at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel. For the wedding, we invite you to take the provided shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding venue on Saturday.
SHUTTLE
Round-trip coach bus transportation will be provided to the wedding venue from the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel. If you plan to stay offsite, but would like to take the coach bus — please reach out to our wedding planning team to save your seat!
WHERE TO STAY
We have had a block of rooms set aside for our wedding guests in beautiful downtown Charlotte — close to great dining, shopping and parks.
Rooms in our block at the special rate will be available to book online through May 14, 2025.
